The official trailer for our upcoming show SUGA just dropped, and we couldn’t be more thrilled to share the first look at this gritty, high-octane new series hitting Prime Video & Amazon MGM Studios on September 4th.

The series follows SUGA (40)—the formidable president of a feared MC—who is released from prison earlier than expected. But freedom brings anything but peace. Confronted with betrayal from the very brothers he once led, SUGA must navigate a world where loyalties have shifted and danger lurks at every turn.

As he struggles to protect his family and fight for survival, SUGA also wrestles with the loss of his oldest daughter. His search for inner peace collides with the harsh realities of the outside world—where the Irish Mob, a rival MC, and relentless law enforcement all want a piece of him.

Creative Team

SUGA is created and directed by Horizon Film’s very own Diederik Van Rooijen, with additional direction by Michiel van Jaarsveld, the series was penned by an all-star writing team under Diederik’s wing: Oscar van Woensel, Randy Oost, and Anne Barnhoorn. Together, they’ve crafted a thrilling, emotionally charged ride that blends crime, drama, and personal transformation.
